Program evaluation
The Authorised Program Officer (APO) Professional Development Program includes the APO e-Manual and 12 months of Communities of Practice (CoPs).
The University of Melbourne is conducting a program evaluation, funded by the Victorian Government.
To make sure the program meets the APO community's needs and goals, the evaluation regularly gathers feedback from APOs, APO Leads and key members of the Victorian Senior Practitioner's Office.
This feedback is analysed by the University research team at the group level and reported to support APOs by:
- enabling APO Leads to meet to the APO community's needs,
- measuring impact, and
- ensuring quality.
The results will be communicated to APOs informally through CoPs, at the VSP Seminar and via reports from the VSP's Office.
It has received ethics approval from the University of Melbourne, application #36374.
