APO-Vic e-Manual team
This e-Manual helps Authorised Program Officers (APOs) increase consistency in practice.
It consolidates core information, enabling APOs to find what they need to work effectively, implement best practice and access existing external resources as easily as possible.
This e-Manual also supplements and supports education provided through induction training and in-service professional development provided through APO Community of Practice activities and related events.
Throughout this e-Manual, APOs can access key information and find more detailed information on various topics via other resources.

Acknowledgements
This e-Manual was created and delivered by a team led by the University of Melbourne in partnership with the Victorian Senior Practitioner’s Office.
The project was funded by the Victorian Government.
APO advisory team
A team of experienced APOs from around Victoria worked closely with the Victorian Senior Practitioner and others at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing to create this complete, accurate and usable resource for APOs.
